Our Strategic Land team's role is to promote and develop land opportunities both from within Harworth Estates' extensive land portfolio and working in partnership arrangements with other landowners. We have an experienced in-house team with a proven track record of securing planning permission for a variety of valuable land uses.

Projects range from large scale urban extensions like the new community of nearly 4,000 homes at Waverley to much smaller infill plots located in more rural locations. Operating throughout England we have a residential land bank of nearly 7,000 consented plots. The team is currently actively promoting a further 48 sites covering around 3,300 acres (1,330 hectares), which subject to planning could generate a further 8,000 plots and 3.5m sq ft (approx. 325,000 sq m) of employment space.
