Harworth Estates owns and actively promotes around 50 residential development sites across the UK. These range from new, large-scale sustainable community developments of up to 3,800 homes to smaller regeneration sites of around 15 houses.

Our team of professionals promote the land at various stages of the planning process, including progressing Local Plan allocations, gaining outline and detailed planning consents and finally, working with development partners to deliver housing projects.

We have a range of in-house planning and development professionals who have successfully promoted a range of development sites through the planning system to gain housing allocations and planning permissions. We manage the whole development process and have a residential land bank of 7,000 consented plots. We are actively seeking development partners to help deliver these important regeneration schemes.
