Waverley Development
Transformation of a disused and reclaimed industrial brownfield site into a thriving new community of around 4,000 homes, shops, restaurants, schools, leisure facilities, health and community centres and parks
Our Waverley site is a 700 acre (280 hectares) former UK Coal surface mine site that has been restored to facilitate the development of a new residential and business community in between Sheffield and Rotherham in the heart of the Sheffield City Region.

Prince Of Wales
The Prince of Wales quarry is being transformed into a new Country Park which will act as a prominent Gateway feature into Pontefract.
Asfordby Business Space
Asfordby business park benefit's from good road access but also has an existing rail connection with on site sidings, including access onto a test track facility owned by British Rail Residuary Board (BRRB)
Cutacre
The Cutacre development has transformed a former UK Coal surface mine into a level development platform which will deliver a landmark industrial development of regional and national importance
Bilsthorpe
The site comprises of sloping ground running down towards the disused Bilsthorpe Colliery and has great exposure to the prevailing westerly winds.
Harworth Retail Space
We've recently sold land at the former Harworth Colliery for a new 22,000 sq.ft (2,000 sq.m) ASDA store that will create 80 new full time and part time jobs.
